Using Cyperion
You must provide accurate registration information, protect your account, and be legally able to accept these terms. You are responsible for content you submit and for ensuring you have permission to connect external accounts and organizational systems.
AI output
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. Verify important information and do not rely on Cyperion as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, safety, or security advice. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken from output.
Acceptable use
Do not use Cyperion to violate law or third-party rights, bypass security controls, distribute malware, exploit people, generate prohibited content, or access systems and data without authorization. Automated or remote-system actions require the authority of the system owner.
Connected services
Google, Microsoft, Slack, Salesforce, Stripe, and other integrations are governed by their providers’ terms. Availability may depend on provider approval, administrator consent, plan eligibility, or service status. You may disconnect integrations at any time.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew according to the billing terms shown at purchase. You may manage or cancel through account settings. Fees already incurred are nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.
Service changes
Cyperion is an evolving service. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, particularly beta and private-preview integrations. We may restrict access to protect users, providers, or the service.
Ownership
You retain rights in content you provide. You grant CCS Inc the limited rights needed to host, process, and return that content through the service. Cyperion software, branding, and original interface materials remain the property of CCS Inc and its licensors.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties. CCS Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid for Cyperion during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
