Data Deletion

Disconnect a provider, remove individual content, or permanently delete your complete Cyperion account.

Effective August 14, 2026

Disconnect a connected service

Sign in, open Settings, select Integrations, and choose Disconnect beside the provider. Cyperion will revoke authorization where the provider supports programmatic revocation and delete the encrypted tokens stored by Cyperion. You may also remove Cyperion from the provider’s own connected-app settings.

Delete your account

Sign in, open Settings, select Account, and use Permanently delete account. You must type DELETE to confirm. This removes the Cyperion account and associated workspace records, including conversations, tasks, uploaded-file records, integration credentials, and preferences. Some security, billing, or legal records may be retained where required.

Request deletion without account access

Use the Cyperion Support Center, select Privacy or data request, and provide the account email address with the subject “Deletion request.” We may request reasonable verification before deleting data. Requests are normally completed within 30 days unless law requires a different period.

Provider data

Deleting Cyperion data does not delete source emails, events, files, messages, or CRM records held by Google, Microsoft, Slack, Salesforce, or another provider. Manage that source data directly with the provider.
